There are several things you should do on all pages of your site:

Use of expandable filler foam, rust convereter and Aluminum strip for rust hole repair in the trunk?

I have a 99 Chevrolet Metro and today I discovered that the trunk carpet over the rear passenger wheel well is wet. When I removed the carpet, I saw a gaping rust hole (6"x2")!

Don't use the expandable filler foam for this application.
It will make a complete mess of this fix. ( Once it expands ).

You might want to use some Bondo (work fast) or some fiberglass
repair, or even a sealant by 3M ( speak to a body shop supplier ).

A bit of spray undercoating from below can't hurt either..

Just wear goggles if you use a wire wheel....
