9. Even if you consider your self a Super Woman, don't dare to travel alone at night because there is NO point in being needlessly brave.

10. Always try and sit next to a woman while traveling through a public transport. Avoid talking unnecessarily to strangers and if it’s important to talk for instance asking about directions, prefer ask a woman or a man with children.

Take a deep breath now along with a glass of water and relax. Don’t become so suspicious anyways. Although it is always a good idea to remain watchful but don’t think negative every time and consider the either sides of the picture. As you will travel you will get to know that the World is far better place than it’s imagined with a plenty of good folks around you.

It takes 3500 excess calories, approximately to gain a pound of fat. If you ate 3000 calories a day for 3 or 4 days in a row, you would probably end up gaining a pound, assuming you burn about 2000 calories a day. You could bloat up with water weight, though, from the binge day, and look about 3 pounds heavier. If you're small framed like me, it would be barely noticeable. If you have an average or large frame, it wouldn't be noticeable at all. I don't eat too much usually, so when I have a binge day, I end up getting sick and sometimes losing weight. Everyone is different. If you really want to have a special day and eat what you want, go ahead. Just wear loose fitting pants.
