I have a Wolbrook 12 Jewels Vintage Ladies Watch 1939-1969?

Does anyone know how much they maybe worth? I looked on Ebay an only seen one available coming in under twenty dollars just wondering if that's about right for something Antique in fair shape?
Also what sz battery and how to change it> When I took the back off the guts and all came out and I'm concerned to fiddle to much and break it somehow. Its a gold plated expandable wristband face is clear and crystal is intact. There is no second hand I'm assuming they didn't manufacture them w/ the second hand back then.

If it is that old, it would be a mechanical watch that you would wind up or be self winding. If the jewels means what it should (them being inside) then it is a good watch. The jewels acted as bearings for the moving parts.
I suggest taking it to a jeweler.
Some watches had second hands and some didn't. I think mens more likely had hands.
The gold plating may be worth more than the $20.
