How should I prepare myself to become a Free Runner?

Even if I live in a small place like Hilo, Hawaii, I'd still love to learn how to free run. If you don't know what it is, its when people travel through urban spaces with as much creativity as possible. Such as the man in the begining of Casino Royale or the main character of Assasin's Creed or Mirror's Edge. Anyway, I'd really appreciate some advice. Thanks.

ok im in your position too, sorta. Tree climbing is a great way to get started especially on the beach, ill tell you what i did. Climb trees on the beach the highest one you can find, jump off and practice rolls on the sand, its the best spot. Chinup bars are a must in your house. Pushups and curls about 20 a day of all these things is nessacary for strength, run daily if your not free running. Stretch before EVERY practice or free run session. hope it helps
