What happened to the CFL bulbs and tote bags that YA was offering several months ago? I qualified for each, but never received anything.

I got the bag ages ago and have gotten 18 of the CF bulbs so far! This offer, like many others, was a "limited supply, limited time, first come, first served" offer for US residents only. So, they may have run out, sorry. I thought that was the case about 1 month ago, but then other folks posted they were getting them again, so maybe there is still hope!
