how to complain to richard branson about virgin media?

Been trying to change my package with virgin Media since November, spoken to customer services on 4 occasions and told that a Manager would get back to me. As yet no contact whatsoever. Been Broadband customer for over 4 years and contemplating taking virgin line rental and anytime call package together with Broad band.

Thought you might appreciate seeing this letter of complaint to Mr.Virgin.Even he thought it was rather good.
