It's mainly black and white, but there is a line of red every now and again. What kind of top do I wear? Pictures would be nice, but if you could just generally describe that's okay too.

I think you should wear a navy blue or white polo. Or if it's cold a white shirt under a light brown leather jacket For shoes I would recommend spectators, oxfords, or ballet flats, but if it's cold you can wear flat black or brown boots. But it depends on you and how you feel.
