he's in his mid-20's. we've been dating for almost 2 months. he's into watching (not playing) football, U.S. history, fitness, star wars, guitar. very outgoing. doesn't play video games and he hardly reads books. and he's very down to earth so i dont think he'll be picky.

I love the gym bag idea because it shows you're supporting him with a goal he has (i.e. to work out more) and it apparently looks as though he really does need a cool bag. The dvd seems a bit extravagent, and those can always be rented or borrowed from the library. colonge, he already has tonnes. I like the scarf and hat idea--maybe pair those with the bag/bottle (you could wrap them separately and put them in the bag) for a great gift. soap is kinda something that girls would enjoy more than guys (trying not to stereotype, but...)
