Oh Geez!! You certainly need to locate another doctor! There's no excuse for his behavior and leaving you in agony!! Try making phone calls, maybe call your nearest hospital and explain your dilemma...tell them you need to seek another opinion and that your pain is disabling you to the point it is extremely difficult to travel to see a doctor!!
