I spoke to my travel agent the other day when I was looking at heading to Mexico and she said that the Moon for the most part is up and running. There are a few exceptions to that rule, however. The buildings, pool, and restaurants are back to normal operations if not better. They're still trying to make up for lost time with the guests, so there's still some mishaps with regards to reservations, but that's to be expected for the next few months. As for the grounds, they're still trying to get the grounds back to the way they were, but my understanding is by the end of March everything should be well manicured and ready for summer travelers.
