I own my own condo. I am going to be travelling abroad?

I own my own condo. Lovely condo. All mine. Right by the lake. I will be travelling for a few months, back to my country. Some people will be coming into redecorate, and a co-worker coming in a couple of nights a week to work on my computer. Question: Do I need to let my Property Management Office know?

You need to check in on the rules of your Association. The office has no authority over what you do, they are your employee(s). The Board is the immediate authority, and acts on behalf of the Association, of which you are a part.

In my Association you're required to inform the Association (through the Office) when you will be renting the property, or if there will be new vehicles registered.

You may have noise issues, for which you are responsible and may be fined if your "guests" don't respect them. Also, you may be exceeding your parking quota (my Association allows 2 registered vehicles) though guest parking allows any vehicles for less than two days, without routine frequency.

Again, check with the regulations of your Association as they vary.
