Cervical Neck Traction

would anyone have information about shoulder/neck pain? I am hurting in my neck and the pain is radanting down?

my neck to my shoulder.I am having problems lifting my arm in a gravity plane,due to the heaviest of my arm.the pain feels deep and throbbing and never eases off.Heat does not help it! I am having symptom's of weakness with tingling sensation.

It sounds like a stenosis in the cervical disc area (neck) of the spine. It could mean a slipped disc also. The only real way to tell is an MRI.
You may have to have surgery if this is bad, consider going to a neurologist as soon as possible.
