what now with battery?

okay i just bought a new battery because my car died and i checked at nappa that it was bad. then at checkers they doubled checked and with a new battery checked my voltage with a load to see that my alt was working good, which it was. But a week later the light came back and i went in to check it and while the light was still on they said the voltage from the alt was good. it even said 14 on the load with the car on and 13 off. so what do i do. he said to check the alt connections and clean them. help please.

i'm inclined to believe you have an amp or radio or something that is drawing amps while car is off also make sure your battery isnt touching when closed look for broken wires all else fails clean all connections
