Since I grew up in Mesa, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix, I can tell you from experience that Arizona is a great place to live. The people are friendly. The pace is slower than say a California or New York, but a bit faster paced than say Texas.

The schools are some of the highest rated in the nation. But most of all, Arizona is a good real estate investment because it is a great place to live and raise children.

If I had to choose for you a city in which to live I'd choose Phoenix, Scottsdale, Or Mesa. Scottsdale is a terrific choice to buy from. Why? Because there are a lot of newer properties there and it has always been known as the best area in the Phoenix Metropolitan area.

Also, with Arizona the heat is a dry heat, so don't worry about humidity. Arizona real estate, in my opinion, is one of the best places to buy in the United States. I grew up in Arizona, and I wouldn't have traded my childhood with anyone anywhere.

about a month ago, while i was driving i didn't come to a complete stop to make a right turn and a camera took a picture of it. I don't have a license yet, but i have a permit. I took my parents car without them knowing. Then a bill came and it had my picture and everything. what's going to happen to me (not my parents)....does anyone know how much this is going to be. Running a red light is a very expensive ticket. By the time all the penalties and assessments are added onto the base fine, they can be anywhere from $500 to $600. But you have bigger problems than that. Driving without a license is a misdemeanor criminal offense in California. Hope you don't get charged with that.

And if I were your parents and you took my car and drove it when you didn't have a license, you wouldn't see the inside of a car until you were living on your own and supporting yourself. All you'd be doing is going to school and looking at the four walls of your room.
