Can't open the manual sliding doors on 2004 Toyota Sienna from the outside or the inside,open door light is on?

As i stated in the question i cannot open either side of the manual sliding doors and the open door alert light is lit. This happened while i was driving and i dont understand why. How can i fix this problem?

It sounds like the linkage has fallen off/broke (it's just a little plastic piece). Remove the panel, follow linkage to connection points. Reattach and make sure sensor wire is connected.
