What is the name of the fabric that lens clothes are made from and where can I buy it?

I have been told that they are microfiber, but the microfiber I have seen has loops, like a towel. I'm after the smooth fabric that is often provided in glasses cases or by opticians.

Second link has LOTS of colors, lots of material variables but does have polyester microfiber from 35 cents a yard.
