Is there a hydration pack bladder that?
I'm looking for a hydration pack bladder that keeps the water cool. I have 2 hydration packs and both bladders don't keep the water cool. The instructions say don't put them in the fridge or let them get too cold, but hot water on a hot day is like the worse. I run my dogs twice a day in the summer so I usually wait until I come home to drink water. The only problem is that I end up cutting our run short because the thirst is just too much. I purchased the hydration packs to get rid of the water bottles I used to always carry. Any suggestions?
