HAWAII — A University of Hawaii advisory council is recruiting candidates to fill the Hawaii County seat on the university's governing Board of Regents. The move follows the resignation of Hilo businessman Harvey Tajiri from the board. Tajiri's term runs through June 2013. The deadline for applications is March 15.
