You can try your luck at The Garment District in Kendall Square, but their selection -- especially in vintage hats -- is unpredictable. For new, vintage style hats I'd go to Topper's at 151 Tremont St (across from The Common). I don't think they have a website. You can also try Bobby's from Boston (19 Thayer St, between Harrison Ave & Albany St in the SoWa district). Again, no website -- great selection of vintage everything.
