They must then be shipped in tamper-proof containers
They must be accompanied by a uniquely numbered, Government validated Kimberly Process certificate
Shipments must only be made to participating countries in the Kimberly Process
Each diamond, when sold by a retailer must be accompanied by the following warranty statement:

"The diamonds herein invoiced have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with United Nations Resolutions. The undersigned hereby guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds."

In a very short time, the Kimberly Process has had a profound effect. In the six years since its creation, the Kimberly Process has reduced the trade of conflict diamonds, from 4% to less than 1% of the entire diamond industry.

Retailers like Spence Diamonds have always maintained a strict policy about the origin of their diamonds. The diamonds in Spence stores come from large, reputable diamond suppliers who ensure that the diamonds originated from Kimberly Process compliant countries such as Belgium and Canada. how do i beat the elite four in diamond?

My highest pokemon are...

alright you got a lot of cool pokemon but they defiantly have to be much much stronger. okay so need to know all of the elite four fist and know there pokemon and types before you go any further.
the first eliet four member you will battle is...

-Aaron, he uses bug type pokemon.
-Beautifly
-Dustox
-Heracross
-Vespiqueen
-Drapion
*The key to defeating bug type pokemon is useing fire type pokemon. but as i see you don't have any fire type pokemon.that's okay though.
just level your pokemon up really high.

-Bertha, uses ground type pokemon and you'd see some water type as well
- Quagsire
- Hippowdon
- Sudowoodo
- Whiscash
- Golem
*All right with that said you probably shouldn't use eletrick ype pokemon it won't have any affect. fire ype pokemon wouldn't be too smart either becouse she's got some water type pokemon.

-Flint, his name and hair due gives it away he uses fire type pokemon.

* Since he uses fire type pokemon it's commen sence that you'd use water type pokemon against him. your in luck you got an Empoleon. he will be crittical in your battling sradegy.

*the best sradegy to defeat Lucian is to use ghost type pokemon they work best against him.

So you think your done there?well then your in for a surprise. you still have to defeat Cynthia.

-Cynthia, she is the leage champian so she uses more than one or two types.

*To defeat her you'd need multiple types of pokemon.you seem to have an okay team. for this it just needs some leveling up.

Leveling up is very improtant. you should have pokemon who is dominant and is 5levels ahead of the others. a good range of leveling would be 60+. lets say you choose your dialga to be the dominate pokemon than you should level him up to level 65+ and the rest of your pokemon should be leveld up to 60+. no lower than those levels.

lets asume you've leveld them up and studied your opponents skills. now you have to check your inventory for your medican. you should stock up on 10+ revival herbs.you should also stock up on 10+ recives. and 5+ of the other medicans like burn heal and ice heal.even though you won't really need the ice heal it's always good to be on the safe side.

now your ready to be the best you can be.remember these things though...

-save the game after each defeat
-level up your pokemon
-stock up on as much medican as you can
-study your opnents stradegy
