I am moving to Sweden and want to buy several adapter/converters for things like my lamps/alarm clock/ hairdryer, etc.. What is the difference between grounded and not grounded? I know Sweden is 220v and the US is 110v, but what do the plugs actually look like? Skinny prongs or round? Slanted or straight? Grounded or not?

The web site below has a picture of a Swedish electrical plug. From what I can see, it doesn't look like it's grounded. If you're moving to Sweden for an extended period of time it might be easier to buy new appliances there rather than try to adapt everything.
