What east coast college is best for an international relations degree?

I'm looking into possible colleges and I want a degree in International Relations. I want to go to a college on the east coast preferably up north, like no further south than North Carolina. I'm seriously considering American University and Boston University. Any other suggestions?

GWU (George Washington) and Georgetown are schools to consider. I know personally that GWU has an amazing IR program and both schools are located in/very close to political areas of Washington D.C.

Emory U in Atlanta is also a great school, as it has ties to the Carter Center.
