If you rent out your condo through a real estate agency how much commission do they charge?
We have a condo in Augusta we rarely use (buildt in 2004 , 1400 square feet, has a single car garage) and are considering renting it out but don't want the hassel of finding tenants or collecting the rent.
I have a property managed by an agency. They charge me 10% of the rent per month, and a $350 "finder's fee" everytime they sign a new lease (even with the current tenant, so basically every year). I'm guessing that's probably pretty standard.
