The process of forming turquoise started tens of millions of years ago when water dissolved phosphates of copper and aluminum, transported the dissolved salts to cavities in the parent bedrock, and then evaporated, leaving behind a residue to salts. • Avoid exposing turquoise to sprays and chemicals. The best way to accomplish this is to put on jewelry after makeup, and to remove jewelry first at the end of the day. Remember, turquoise is porous and so exposing it to these liquids is not recommended.
• Ultrasonic cleaners should not be used to clean turquoise jewelry. These cleaners may seem harmless, but turquoise is fragile, and can be damaged by the vibrations.
• When you need to clean turquoise, use plain warm water and something soft like a q-tip. Never soak turquoise in water to clean it, and harsh cleaning agents should also be avoided.
• Finally, if your jewelry has turquoise combined with another gem, make sure that any cleaning you undertake is compatible with all materials in the piece. I just got a new carly coach bag and the strap is awkard. is that normal.?

i got the turquoise signature carly bag and the strap is the right length it's just not very "bendy" right now and sits awkwardly on my shoulder. will i just have to break in the leather or will it stay like this. if i have to break in the leather are there any fast ways to do this.

You don't have to bend that strap like the other poster said, that is just silly. What you need to do is put something heavy (like a book or a hand weight) and wear it around like that, the strap will then conform to your shoulder and fit just right. Trust me I did this with my Carly after I got some help on a forum.
