What can I stuff in a microwavable heating bag that won't smell after heating?

Have tried wheat, buckwheat, pearl barley & rice. All smell after heating. Have tried mixing with dried lavender to mask the smell but it just smells weird! I don't know where to get cherry pits that don't cost a lot of money.

I wouldn't have expected the rice to smell after heating, but I do know what you're talking about. Mine have corn in them and unless you like that smell I wouldn't advise it. It would take too many glass beads to fill one, but how about small gravel type rock. Maybe something like used to put into fish tanks.
