Getting married on the beach and I really need some ideas on the type of dress, and where I could purchase one from (UK Only).

Look at Maggie Sottero. They are an American company but they sell in the UK and they have a great collection called 'Destinations' made especially for overseas weddings.
If you go with a light material like Chiffon, When you get to your hotel, Hang your dress up in the Bathroom and turn on the shower (Don't get your dress wet!) This way all the creases will fall out of it after its long journey.
